(T) Temporary Delays
Allergies / Sensitive Skin – A patch test must be done to avoid complications associated with possible allergic reactions
Retain A – Due to associated skin sensitivity, treatment cannot be performed if retain A has been used in the last 2 weeks
Sensitivity to cosmetics – This could indicate that you may be sensitive to the procedure
AHA Prep – Due to associated skin sensitivity, the treatment cannot be performed until 2 weeks have passed
Collagen/Fat injections – Will not prevent treatment. Must allow 14 days before the treatment
Visible Skin Conditions – Conditions such as conjunctivitis, eczema, psoriasis, severe acne, sunburn or any other chronic skin condition will prevent treatment when directly present in the area of desired service. Minor skin conditions will not prevent the procedure
Recent PMU – Must wait 4 weeks after 2nd procedure
Cancer – Cannot be done during chemo. Must wait 8 months after chemo. An approval letter from GP required
(CP) Cannot Perform
HIV – Due to risk of cross-infection, the client cannot be treated
Hepatitis – Due to risk of cross-infection, the client cannot be treated
Herpes simplex/eye infections/folliculitis – Due to risk of cross-infection, and associated risks, the treatment should not be performed
Pregnancy – Due to associated risks, the treatment should not be performed
Drugs/Alcohol – Treatment cannot be undertaken if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
